All passive TBI sub bass modules are warranted for a period of 5 years. Electronics are warranted for a period of 1yr to 3 yrs depending on product. Warranty service is only available to the original owner for those products but service is offered on all ETL™ based designs. Detail warranties accompany each product.

You must submit a copy of your bill of sale or cancelled check for warranty service and mail the defective product to the address below. Non-warranty service should be mailed to the same address and a estimate of repair charges will be submitted via e-mail before servicing.

30 day return policy

All TBI products purchased on line or through an authorized dealer offer a 30 return period. The product must be returned in as new condition in the original carton with all packing and accessory materials. A return authorization number is required and can be obtained by simply writing an e-mail stating the reason for return. RA number and shipping details will be provded via of the customers e-mail address. Write the return authorization number on the outside of the packaging. Provide a copy of the original invoice within the package. A full refund of the original purchase price will be refunded once the product is received as requested and processed.
